Q: Roughly how much would it cost to service my car?

A: Service costs vary depending on the make and model of the car, as well as the work required according to the service schedule on the vehicle. 

Q: Does servicing my car with you affect my dealer warranty?

A: No. Warranty on a car cannot be affected/voided if the repairs carried out are completed by a licensed mechanic. We are fully licensed repairers. 

Q: Apart from a general service, can you also carry out other repairs on site?

A: Yes. Most repairs can be done onsite. Any extensive repairs which may require a hoist will be carried out in a workshop. 

Q: If i service my car after hours or on public holidays, will I be expected to pay a surcharge?

A: Yes. All after hour and public holiday bookings will incur an additional $150 call out fee. 

Q: How long do I have to pay my invoice?

A: All invoices must be paid the same day the job is completed.
